S-Speed Terms of Service

These terms apply to the S-Speed academic resource accelerator. By registering, purchasing, or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Updated: July 9, 2026

Service Scope

S-Speed is an academic resource accelerator for research and study needs in restricted network environments. Its service boundaries are:

  • Use is permitted only for compliant academic sites, research databases, paper discovery platforms, open-source collaboration platforms, coursework research materials, and compliant AI-assisted learning tools.
  • Priority support is provided for resources directly related to academic research, including Google Scholar, ResearchGate, arXiv, PubMed, ORCID, IEEE Xplore, JSTOR, Zotero, and GitHub.
  • The service does not promise or provide access capabilities for non-academic websites; non-research use is outside the service scope.
  • We may restrict, adjust, or suspend access behavior that does not match the service purpose based on compliance, safety, bandwidth, and node stability needs.
User Compliance Duties

Users are responsible for ensuring their usage complies with local, school, or institutional requirements:

  • You must follow local laws and regulations, school or institutional network rules, and academic integrity requirements from journals and research groups.
  • You may not use the service to access, distribute, download, upload, or assist illegal, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or network-disruptive content.
  • You may not use the service to bypass integrity rules for courses, exams, papers, data licenses, or academic publication.
  • If your use causes complaints, blocking, investigations, losses, or legal responsibility, you are responsible for the consequences.
Prohibited Uses

Except for academic research and study-related use, the following behavior is not allowed:

  • Accessing entertainment, social media, streaming, gaming, gambling, adult content, pirated resources, commercial promotion, or other non-research websites.
  • Commercial scraping, mass registration, spam sending, credential stuffing, port scanning, DDoS, malicious automation, or similar high-risk behavior.
  • Distributing malware, trojans, phishing links, or engaging in network fraud, infringement, attacks, or harassment.
  • Reselling, renting, lending, or sharing accounts, subscription links, configuration files, or node information.
Account and Service Limits

To protect stable access for other research users, account usage must follow these limits:

  • Each account may use up to 2 devices at the same time; exceeding this limit may cause connection issues, speed limits, or suspension.
  • Accounts, orders, configuration links, and service time are for the registered user only and may not be publicly disclosed or distributed.
  • If abnormal traffic, sharing abuse, non-research use, or security risk is detected, we may suspend or terminate the related service and may refuse refunds or compensation.
  • If user violations cause complaints, restrictions, or damage to nodes, we reserve the right to pursue responsibility and handle related orders.
Issue Handling and Compensation

If server, node, route, or system problems make compliant academic resource acceleration unavailable for an extended period, we will handle the case based on actual impact:

  • Users should promptly submit issue details through feedback or support channels so we can verify the affected scope, duration, and cause.
  • If verified as our server, route, or system fault, we may provide service-time compensation, PAYG day compensation, partial refund, or another reasonable compensation method.
  • Issues caused by third-party academic websites, user device/client settings, local network conditions, user violations, or force majeure may not qualify for compensation.
  • S-Speed reserves the final interpretation right for compensation scope, compensation method, issue determination, and these terms.
Changes to Terms

We may update these terms based on service operations, compliance requirements, security strategy, or product changes.

  • The latest version will be shown on this page after updates; continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
  • If you do not agree with these terms or later updates, you should immediately stop registering, purchasing, and using the service.
